GPlanner（以下「当方」）は、サイクルコンピュータアプリ「SPEED」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

本アプリは、広告 SDK およびアプリ内課金を利用していません。広告 ID（AAID）の取得・利用も行いません。
ライド記録・設定・身体情報は、まず端末内に保存されます。ログインしている場合、ライド記録とプロフィール （表示名・写真）は Google の Firebase（Authentication / Cloud Firestore）に保存され、同じアカウントの 他の端末から参照できます。ログインせずに本アプリを使用することもでき、その場合データは端末内にのみ保存されます。
Apple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）および Health Connect から読み取った体重・身長は、端末内にのみ保存します。 クラウドへ送信せず、第三者にも提供しません。また、広告・マーケティング目的には一切利用しません。
本アプリには、利用者自身の操作でライドを共有する機能があります。
公開・共有は利用者の操作によってのみ行われ、当方が自動的に公開することはありません。 公開したライドには走行経路が含まれるため、自宅や職場の位置が推測されうる点にご注意ください。
当方は、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告目的での利用も行いません。 ただし、本アプリの機能を実現するため、以下の外部サービスに必要最小限の情報が送信されます。

これらのサービスにおける取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。 また、法令に基づく開示請求があった場合は、この限りではありません。
端末内のデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。 クラウドに保存されたライド記録は、本アプリ内から個別に削除できます。 アカウントおよび紐づくデータ全体の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは走行中の記録のため、画面が消えている間も位置情報を取得します（Android ではフォアグラウンド サービス、iOS ではバックグラウンド位置情報）。記録を停止すると取得も停止します。 位置情報の権限は端末の設定からいつでも取り消せますが、その場合は走行の記録ができなくなります。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13 歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
本ポリシーは、法令や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本アプリまたは本ページ上でお知らせします。

GPlanner ("we") provides the cycle computer app SPEED ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

The app contains no advertising SDK and no in-app purchases, and does not use the advertising ID.
Rides, settings and body metrics are stored on your device first. If you are signed in, rides and your profile are also stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) so they are available on your other devices. You can use the app without signing in, in which case data stays on your device.
Weight and height read from Apple Health (HealthKit) or Health Connect are kept on your device only. They are never uploaded to the cloud, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or marketing.
Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it. Note that a shared ride contains your route, which can reveal where you live or work.
We do not sell or provide your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. To make the app work, the following services receive the minimum data needed:

Each service handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Rides stored in the cloud can be deleted individually from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
The app collects location while the screen is off so it can record your ride (a foreground service on Android, background location on iOS). Collection stops when you stop recording. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings, though ride recording will no longer work.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy as the law or the app changes. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
